With Pixel Ripped 78 finally released for Meta Quest 2, PSVR2 and Steam, and I'm able to share some awesome concept art done for the project!
Today is the concept art for the various time periods in which you travel to in order to unfold Bug's past and secrets, being her College Dorm, the Library, the childenhood Living Room and the Basement in which she used to play DnD with her friends, which later on becomes her second office.
There were several different techniques involved in order to get the most of those concepts and explorations done right. At first I was keen into drawing everything, and later on I got more and more into using Blender in my workflow, and it shows.
For the final leg, in the Basement scenes, we even got a prototyping stage which took place inside Meta's Horizon Worlds level builder tool, which is amazing for letting you collaborate and show people in VR how it's gonna work way before anything gets modelled and implemented in game. A wonderful tool!
